This is an excellent product. I own two by mistake. I dropped the original (of 15+ years) and though I damaged it. I ordered a replacement. When getting ready to toss the original, I discovered that the batteries were loose. Upon reseating them, all is good. However, it seems with most products made overseas there just isn't much in the way of replacement parts. The older model requires new feet. After exchanging emails with customer service, there doesn't seem to be a solution to acquiring replacement feet for the original scale. Regardless, this is an excellent scale. I own two.
