I love the Polder dish rack. But when the clip broke off the back of the utensil holder I was not happy. I was simply holding/washing the utensil holder and clip snapped off. I bought the product at Costco and of course it is no longer available through Costco. Thank goodness utensil holder was available on your website. I was almost tempted to order 2 utensil holders so I would have a spare but didn't do that. Will just have to be extra careful. I received the order fairly quickly and appreciated that shipping charge was very reasonable. Utensil holder was simply wrapped with bubble wrap which I didn't think was sufficient. Utensil holder is plastic and could have easily been broken in transit. Should have been shipped in a box. But most important is that I received the holder.
