Our hearts are with everyone around the world who have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. Beginning March 18th 2020, we will do our best to process and ship orders placed on Polder.com as quickly as possible. This may mean you’ll experience a delay above our normal processing times. Polder ships within the 50 United States and to Canada.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Before returning your product to Polder, please call Customer Service toll free at (800) 431-2133 x 233 to speak to a representative. Many times our knowledgeable team can assist you with any questions you may have.
Unused items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Please ship postage pre-paid with proof of purchase to:
