Roast meat or poultry to perfection with this accurate and precise in-oven thermometer. High-heat silicone grip stays cools and allows for easily handling up to temperatures of 500°F. An unique and innovative flat-base design prevents rolling when placed on the countertop. With a meat temperature range from 120°F to 200°F (50°C to 90°C) and a cooking chart printed on the face of the thermometer for easy reference, the guesswork is taken out of roasting favorite every day or holiday meals.
