This Commercial Series NSF rated solid, bi-metal thermometer is designed for long-lasting and accurate use. The large, easy-to-read, analog dial features indicator marks to accurately display temperatures in both Fahrenheit and Celsius degrees. Offering a 7-inch long probe, creating candies, yogurts, jellies, jams, or deep frying is simple and easy with the included pan clip that holds the thermometer in place so temperatures can be closely monitored for perfect results.
