This Commercial Series NSF rated solid, bi-metal thermometer is designed to make sure ovens are operating at the proper temperature for efficient and safe cooking. The versatile design allows the unit to stand or hang from the oven grate and the large easy-to-read dial accurately displays temperatures in both Fahrenheit and Celsius degrees. Designed and constructed for long-lasting use, the oven thermometer ensures the oven is heating efficiently for perfected cooked roasts and baked goods.
