Designed for accurate cooking and perfect results, the Programmable In-Oven Thermometer includes 12 preset temperatures for 5 types of meat as well as one programmable open setting.  LCD screen alerts assist throughout the cooking process to ensure meat is cooked to perfection!
Product Features

  • Pre-alert notification signals when approaching preset temperature
  • Alert notification appears on display when preset temperature has been reached
  • 3-minute rest timer will begin counting down to mark the USDA required rest time for Beef, Veal, Lamb or Pork cooked to Medium Rare
  • Overcook notifies when meat exceeds preset temperature by 10°F

    thermometer with probe

    I have used this type for many years. I ordered a new one, but the unit did not work. The probe worked with my old unit though, so I knew that wasn't the issue. I called customer service about it and they sent a replacement quickly. Very happy with the service and my new thermometer for the holidays.

    verty good had for many years

    What a wonderfull ,temp gauge had for many years, only replaced battery, allways keep on side of fridge. Being a man never read instructions. down load? Must keep clean & move knobs to make sure not gummmed up.Can you use in oven ,or a air fryer as think the wire may melt? Lost wife now , love cooking but look after myself. Not into cakes etc.Would I reco ..yes,yes,yes.
